Job Description: Application Processors data enter and process provider applications, research provider application errors pended for manual review and contact providers via phone or written correspondence to resolve the application error, perform duties and responsibilities in a professional manner and meet timeliness and accuracy regulations.
U.S. Residency Requirement: Must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years. Must be able to pass background investigations.
Functional Responsibility:

- Minimum six (6) months customer service experience preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills preferred.
- Basic PC skills
- Keyboard skills (typing, 10-key, alpha/numeric)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
