Job Description: Application Processors data enter and process provider applications, research provider application errors pended for manual review and contact providers via phone or written correspondence to resolve the application error, perform duties and responsibilities in a professional manner and meet timeliness and accuracy regulations.
U.S. Residency Requirement: Must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years. Must be able to pass background investigations.

• Knowledgeable in data entry and application processing skills.

Identify processing deficiencies and initiate corrective actions.
Suggest ways to improve work processes.
Continuous learning.

• Actively participate in ongoing training.

o Participate in weekly meetings.
o Be prompt, present, and actively participate in required meetings and trainings.
o Complete assessments in a timely manner and to meet/exceed standards as outlined by management.
