Job Description
Provide parts order support, sales, price and availability to Nissan/Infiniti dealers and independent NISMO retailers.
Processing of orders for above customers, including confirmation of inventory, billing, and processing for warehouse shipping.
Support racers registered with Motorsports contingency program through parts sales and product information.
Management of inventory including; order tracking and goods receipt processing.
On-going support of the Nissan Motorsports e-commerce site and occasional support with the NNA Employee Parts Purchase Program.
What skills does this position require?

Ideal candidate must have strength in multi-tasking, analysis/problem solving and an ability to thrive in a highly diverse and cross-functional business environment

Required technical skills include high level of proficiency with Excel and other MS Office programs and experience with SAP and Nissan HOST system highly desired

Basic understanding of business finance & accounting including; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and customer billing

Position requires strong skills in the areas of customer service, wholesale/retail sales with dealer or call center experience a plus

Technical knowledge of automotive systems and understanding of Nissan products.

Warehouse experience and/or inventory management knowledge desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
Education and Experience
-
Bachelor’s Degree plus 3+ years of directly related professional experience in in a related business field including auto dealer parts operations or aftermarket parts business.
