We are seeking a Design Program Producer on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative hybrid creative design producer and project manager that has an eye for great creative work, talent, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. As we ramp up the revamp and production output of the Program at an accelerated speed, we need a dedicated producer to oversee everything from partner management to conception to execution details and launch. The role is 100% remote to these locations: New York, NY, Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, and San Diego, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Work with and set project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams, celebrity/IP talent, and/or external partners
Work with design and illustration agencies and production houses to bring creative concepts and assets to life
Evaluate artists, illustrators, and vendors with a keen eye for quality and brand synergy
Create (Request for Proposal) RFPs, pitches, status sheets, budgets, project schedules, and distribution plans
Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates, and related parameters
Manage and expand external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)
Must-Haves:
8-10 years of experience as a Producer at a design agency or in-house art production team
Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders, across internal, talent, and agencies
Experience working with Product Marketing and Brand Marketing
Experience managing multiple projects work streams at once
Experience building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
Experience with task prioritization, identifying problems, and working toward solutions
Experience with running status meetings, operations, and optimizing workflows
Experience managing external creative teams and production partners
Experience in digital productions
Organizational task and budget management experience
Proven industry experience working for a creative agency, and/or a deep understanding of how agencies work
Skilled in design and illustration production, project management, and agency/vendor management
Must be a strong, clear communicator, a team player, and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
