Product Compliance Cooordinator Job at Medline Industries Inc
Medline Industries has an opening for a Product Compliance Coordinator! This is a 100% remote position. Under supervision, this person will support product compliance with state, federal and international regulatory requirements or standards related to the manufacture and distribution of healthcare products.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research products to identify product regulatory requirements (including PHMSA, GHS, EPA, OSHA, etc.)
- Maintain and update regulatory database tracking systems for products
- Maintain regulatory required records (SDS, Ingredient List, etc.)
- Create and maintain SDS database
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Experience
- At least 1 year of data administration or management experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Intermediate skill level in Excel, Word, SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

The minimum hourly rate for this position is $20.75. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.”
