Idea Evolver seeks a Senior Designer to craft strategic, immersive, and effective experiences across web, mobile and social. You’ll be working directly with clients in both the marketing and software space.

Your projects may range from improving existing products to building new ones from the ground up. Work will range from information architecture, to refined UI design. Tasks include creating site maps, wireframes, icons, transitional animation specs and other UI components. You'll work closely with our product managers, designers, and developers to refine experiences, improve usability, expand on style guidelines, navigation solutions, and solve various UX problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and craft pixel-perfect interfaces with a high attention to detail.
• Practice a highly efficient, iterative design process.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to translate their requirements into a design deliverable.
• Brainstorm and prototype information architecture; including navigational solutions for flexible, dense layouts.
• Expand upon existing template designs, UI components, and style guidelines.
• Design with an awareness and understanding of browser sizes, device capabilities, and product functionality.
• Deliver UI prototypes, mockups, and detailed design specifications.
• Understand and design with web standards and UI/UX best practices.
• Create mockups with consideration of product lifecycle from requirements to prototypes to launch.
• Understand and use team feedback to inform and improve your designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant digital design experience
• Understand and work on the fundamentals of User Experience Design
• Experience in developing responsive web designs on e-commerce and product focused websites
• Must be proficient in design tools within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, and prototyping tools like Figma and Justinmind
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Superior attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as collaboratively
• Ability to identify problems and strategize solutions to remedy problems.
