Freedom Solar Power is looking for a highly motivated, independent individual that is excellent in customer service that specializes in face-to-face contact to be our Product Implementation Specialist. The Product Implementation Specialist should deeply understand our clients and where they find value to be able to consistently strive to improve the overall customer experience from start to finish.

Job Duties:

• Summarize the customer Solar installation experience within a video meeting with a Slideshow and PDF presentation
• Review and explain in fine detail the Solar installation experience from sales proposal to launch day
• Review and revise any documentation required for presentation packet generation
• Manage the customer facing launch calendar and confirm these appointments within the set KPIs
• Create and manage follow up tickets for outstanding issues
• Confirm alignment of the customer expectations
• Assist in white glove appointments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service, client facing consultation, and/or escalations
• Experience working in high volume customer service with a midsize (or larger) company
• Experience managing client product launches/roll out
• Record of meeting or exceeding all KPIs given
• Ability to lend support to other depatments as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of the residential Solar installation life cycle
• Excellent Phone/Video etiquette
• Deescalation strategy and abilities
• Technicial experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Workspace and Microsoft suite.
