Product Operations Coordinator Job at Nolan Transportation Group
JOB PURPOSE
The Product Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful prioritization and delivery of the Product Portfolio through collaboration with Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, Engineering & Operations teams, and reporting through work management tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support ongoing product development, working closely with members of our Product Management and Design, Directors of Engineering and Operations teams
- Work with the Product Strategy team within product management, design, marketing, operation, and engeineering
- Develop and drive intake and prioritization process for major projects
- Empower the organization to efficiently make decisions through operational data, trending analysis, and accurate project plans involving cross-functional stakeholders to drive on-time delivery of products
- Manage resources efficiently and ensure work is assigned effectively
- Support process design and improvement that result in accelerated and predictable product releases
- Manage the organization OKR process and ensure objectives align to business objectives
- Measure the performance of the organization and ensure continuous improvement
- Deliver dynamic and valuable reporting for major product initiatives
- Develop an onboarding program or other forms of training, coaching on advanced discovery techniques, tool selection, creating and sharing relevant examples, and otherwise diving into complex areas to help other product managers and product teams.
- Be a resource to the product teams for things like best practices and coaching on especially difficult problems in discovery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- 1-3 years of experience within product led organization using standard tooling for product development lifecycle
- Familiarity with product life cycle
- Certified scrum product, preferred
- Pragmatic marketing preferred
- Experience in Jira, AHA tools, and Asana
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT

SCHEDULING
- This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.
TRAVEL
Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited but may be required for special training/conferences.
