Position Summary:

The Product Project Manager will serve as a right hand to the National Director of Product (NDP) to keep the product related projects organized and running efficiently. They will become an expert on operations at the company, to be able to offer accurate timelines for projects that take all stakeholders into consideration while maintaining relationships with those stakeholders to coordinate action items. As the product department grows, this role will be vital in ensuring that members are contributing towards the larger goals.

What you will be doing:

• Create a comprehensible structure for project management in the our Product Department to keep members accountable for upcoming deadlines while progressing on long-term goals.
• Become an expert in operations at the company and attend meetings with members of the Product Team to develop realistic timelines, keep deadlines in focus during progress reports, and make updates to existing timelines when necessary.
• Manage cross-departmental stakeholders in the project by assigning action items, notifying stakeholders about responsibilities and deadlines, and keeping up to date with their progress with regular updates to the National Director of Product and Chief Product Officer.
• Keep detailed tracker via Asana of projects in our three markets that touch on product planning (new product launches and marketing endeavors), product development, and quality control. Organize the Asana boards with simplicity in mind.
• Create weekly reports of project statuses, identifying priorities for the following week with risk analysis to identify what may be in danger of exceeding the project deadlines.
• Be the third hand in the Product Department as needed, working alongside the National Director of Product and Product Development Specialist to keep up progress on all projects in a timely manner. We are a collaborative department and help each other wherever we can.

What you will need:

• Proven working experience in project management
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ yrs. of experience
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
