Founded in 1984, Cassling is an Advanced Partner with Siemens Healthineers, and is dedicated to strengthening health care in local communities. The purpose of this position is to improve business and operating results by generating conversion sales of Siemens surgical c-arms and urology systems with strategic customers, as well as, assisting with competitive conversions in accounts on a national level. This role plays a critical part in the consultative sales process. The position has direct impact on company revenue, and ultimately, the delivery of quality customer service.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve unit volume in surgical C-arms and urology systems
  • Work in partnership with full-line Account Executives, Cassling PSE’s, Sales Management and others in a collaborative team atmosphere to drive surgery product revenues
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Account Executives to gain mindshare in driving c-arm and urology business
  • Work with appropriate Project Management, Installation and/or Service personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend and participate in virtual and on-site surgery product demos
  • Maintain all required documentation pertaining to installs
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, including post sale relations
  • Develop and disseminate a clear, concise customer-value-based product position
  • Understand surgical imaging products, specifically c-arms and urology systems, including their technical, clinical, financial, and operational specifications, including industry trends, to the point of demonstrating the product
  • Improve market penetration in assigned territory
  • Have a firm grasp on the sales process and how to properly implement various sales strategies at appropriate times with different customers
  • Grow in knowledge of product marketing and positioning, as well as, having a firm grasp on competitive product(s)
  • Understand the quoting process and how Cassling implements this process for the surgical C-arm and urology system products
  • Generate and be accountable for the proper configurations of systems and clinical applicability
  • Develop and manage strong reference facilities and reference contacts that cover the variety of customers in our territory
  • Develop a strategy to secure the installed base and convert competitive accounts
  • Attend and pass all Siemens C-Arm applications courses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third party vendors
  • Willing to travel extensively to cover territory
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must communicate well with all levels of the organization
  • Able to learn new technologies quickly and understand how those technologies apply in other settings
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously, changing course easily, and juggling many different sales opportunities at one time
  • Able to routinely utilize independent judgment in performing job responsibilities
  • Able to work with groups of people in order to reach consensual decisions
  • Willing and able to work independently in an unstructured and minimally supervised environment
Education & Experience
  • Education: Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business or Radiology Tech degree equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience preferably in surgical imaging systems; surgical c-arms and/or urology systems
