About the Position

Our company is seeking a Production Assembler Shift Lead to join our team Monday through Thursday from 6:30AM-5:30PM. We’re looking for a passionate leader, who has strong communication skills, and can motivate and manage a high performing team. Successful candidates will have prior experience managing, exhibit leadership skills to improve productivity, and will be able to communicate performance expectations.

Job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business, general responsibilities include:

*Communicate, train, and educate employees on all SMFG policies, systems, and procedures *Execute systems to ensure daily productivity goals are met *Prioritize and delegate tasks creating an efficient workflow *Pack and ensure all finished product meets customer specification and expectations *Use problem solving skills to identify and fix any and all issues *Intermediate production work *Collect analytical data, input information into spreadsheets, and utilize our inventory system to create production orders and reports

Job Requirements

*Positive attitude with a track record of being reliable & ethically sound *Strong communication and leadership skills *Open to constructive criticism *Basic math skills required and must be experienced working with computers and have ability to learn, navigate and use designed software programs as required to perform job functions

Strong Candidate

*2+ years' experience in general management or supervisor work *Military background is a plus

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $17.00 - $19.00/hour.
