- Identify all products with general description
- Understand Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirements
- Monitor integrity quality standard
- Understand product handling into appropriate machines
- Verify label matches product in box
- Label information accuracy
- Understand specifications to include box configuration, sizes and pallet requirements
