Production Cook II Job at Tovala

As a production cook on Tovala's team, you will be involved with food preparation and
packaging operations when needed. Production cooks process large amounts of raw
ingredients. Strong knife skills are essential. Experience working as a cook in a restaurant is a
plus. Experience cooking in large batches and/or food manufacturing preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knife skills
- Ability to work overtime, and/or off-shifts shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends) when needed is a plus.
- Possess a Food Handler's Permit for the state of Utah or willing to obtain one within 30 days
- Able to lift, push or pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
- Able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in hot and cold temperature environments in the kitchen, warehouse and walk-in cooler for extended periods of time.
