Whirlwind’s goal is to provide fabricated structures for families, congregations and businesses, in the most efficient manner while maintaining a safe work environment. The role of the Helper is crucial to the overall manufacturing process of our products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with production requirements.
Clean production area.
Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Lubricate equipment.
Ensure conformance to specifications.
Mark parts for identification.
Measure length.
Band finished product on conveyor belt.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Good mathematical skills.
Preferred experience in manufacturing environment.
Meticulous attention to detail with a desire to produce high quality and accurate work.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
