We are seeking a reliable, self-driven, and team-oriented professional with problem-solving, communication, and management skills for the position of Production Lead. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Maintain schedule flow to ensure hourly and daily targets are met or surpassed
• Point of contact for employees to communicate absences/time off. Approve/deny PTO requests according to business needs.
• Delegate duties for assemblers and upholsterers
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed daily, especially during periods of limited supervision on-site or off-site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and department leadership (HR, admin and other dept leads).
• Communicate with inside sales team, purchasing, engineering and production to keep order information updated based on customer requirements
• Work cooperatively in a team environment, maintaining high Safety and Quality standards
• Train associates to be proficient in their respective work areas.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Open building at start of shift and lock and/or secure the building at end of the shift
• Manages projects for unique customer requests

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

• Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills
• Computer experience using MS Office (excel, word, outlook), SAP
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong working knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to situations requiring solutions to unforeseen circumstances
• Ability to multitask in stressful, fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand, bend and stoop for extended periods or for the duration of a shift (8-12 hour shifts)
• Bilingual a plus

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year + experience in supervisory role
• 1 year + assembly line experience
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime, when necessary
• Work authorization: E-Verify eligibility required
• Age requirement: 18+
• Must be able to pass drug screening (Must be THC-free!)

Hours are 5am-3:30pm Monday through Friday and 5am-1:30pm some Saturdays
