Job Summary: Grinds, files, or sands surfaces of metal items such as automobile parts.

Job Title: Metal Finish

Job Summary: Grinds, files, or sands surfaces of metal items such as automobile parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examines and feels surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal.
- Removes dents and fills uneven surface with molten solder or other similar product.
- Smooths surface of item to specified finish.
- Polishes metal surfaces.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to read and write with comprehension
Education / Licenses / Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED. May consider five (5) or more years manufacturing work experience in lieu of HSD or GED.
