We have an immediate opening for a Production Operator to join us in Plymouth Minnesota. This role is for our 4x10 Shift B (2nd Shift), Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (who doesn’t enjoy a 3-day weekend). In addition to a competitive hourly wage and benefits package, you will receive the following:

• Shift Differential of 6% hourly wage AND
• $500 bonus after 1 month of employment AND
• $500 bonus after 3 months of employment AND
• $1000 bonus after 6 months with perfect attendance (no unscheduled leave, or tardy) OR
• $500 bonus at 6 months without perfect attendance

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will received hands on training to be able to:

• Assembly our devices following step by step instructions
• Set up and operate machines for sub-assembly, final assembly and calibrations operations.
• Maintain equipment used in area of responsibility
• Handle delicate and static sensitive materials
• Provide recommendations for improvement/changes in assembly and/or equipment being used in assembly

Background & Skills

• Qualifications include:
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow step by step instructions
• Clear and effective English verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to stand for a 8-10 hour shift
• Must be 18 years or older
