Production Operator Job at Employee Staffing Group
Manufacturer in Steelville, MO looking for 2nd and 3rd shift Production Operators. 2nd shift is Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am and starts at $15.40, 3rd shift is Monday-Thursday 10:30pm-7am and starts at $16.80. Lots of overtime opportunity.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to interact in a positive manner with peers, leads and supervisors
- Ability to conduct self in a respectful and appropriate manner and to safely perform essential job tasks
- Perform tasks with view to producing quality product in an efficient and productive manner to meet company standards
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Bend, lift product, equipment and tools up to 30 pounds throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Set up and runs production machines
- Check and adjust machines as required
- Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of spec parts
- Evaluates parts identifying areas requiring removal or rework to maintain customer specifications by using measuring tools
- Maintain good general housekeeping duties
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Pay: $15.00 - $16.80 per hour
