We are seeking General Production employees for a variety of positions on all 3 shifts (position and shift availability will vary).

What You'll Do:

• Exhibit outstanding safety practices every day evidenced by outstanding housekeeping at all times
• Extend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with the courtesy and dignity shown to customers
• Exceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail
• Exercise maximum care to protect the environment by encouraging and supporting responsible operating procedures
• Secure proper tools for each task
• Communicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation
• Approach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member

What We Need From You:

• Job may require decimals and fractions, drawings and formulas, measuring instruments and a variety of hand tools
• Ability to lift up to at least 20 pounds consistently
• Some judgment to stay in sync with instructions, follow methods, make minor decision
