Production operator ISO Job at Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM)
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our Production team in Tooele, UT.
Hourly wage $25.00 plus shift differential
Shift Schedule Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM with possible overtime.
Sign on Bonus of $1,500.00 to be divided in three equal parts and given at 90, 180, and 270 days.
Production of Poly–ISO Insulation to published specifications. Tasks include inspection and Stacking of product. Production and assembly of Cool-Vent. Cutting samples. Cleaning and maintaining production and Cool-Vent areas waste disposal. Operation of forklifts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Stack Product
- Assist Cool-Vent Operator
- Cut feet and block
- Inspect product for quality attributes
- Maintain a clean work area
- General labor
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to use measuring gauges such as a measuring tape
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a forklift preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, education verification (if applicable), reference check, and physical abilities test (PAT).
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
This position conducts their work in a manufacturing environment with some exposure to the outdoors; there is exposure to loud machinery, fumes, odors, and dust. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., with possible overtime and weekend work required. Business is cyclical and will require flexibility in shift hours and days of the week worked.
For this position, it is required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. There is a repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing and pulling constantly up to 50 pounds. In addition this position requires the following abilities: Standing, Walking, Lifting, Reaching above shoulders, Bending and Twisting.
