Spang Engineered Solutions has an opening for a Production Supervisor at its production facility in the West Valley of Phoenix, AZ. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and productive operations in manufacturing and assembly areas including monitoring, developing, and coordinating production processes and enforcing departmental work and safety rules.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or technical discipline is required. 2 – 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing ERP environment is essential. Applicants should have experience in production processes, maintenance of equipment, bill of materials, shipping/packaging, and import/export requirements and possess basic mechanical skills.
