Location: Onalaska, WI – Building A

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, non-exempt position with overtime after 40 hours. Merit increase eligible twice annually! A robust benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in first year!

Purpose & Summary: As an Operations Supervisor in our Recycling Division, you will be responsible for supervising a group that disassembles and sorts electronics and commodities. Major responsibilities are to represent the organizational goals and expectations to their team members and sharing the team member needs to management. As a Recycling Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a group that disassembles and sorts electronics and commodities. In addition to assisting with day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for maintaining production metrics, writing and delivering performance reviews, and coaching your team. With an in-depth knowledge of the department processes and procedures, you will be the go-to expert for any questions, and will be able to fill in where needed. In this role, you will prioritize removing barriers to success for their team members, and continually strive to create a better place to work. Perhaps most importantly, supervisors are responsible for furthering Dynamic's mission and culture by engaging as a servant leader.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive, engaging work environment
• Training the team on any process changes, and relaying companywide changes
• Executing corrective actions and communicating performance concerns with team members
• Driving fork lifts and organizing material flow
• Holding Team Members accountable for quality of material output

Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as a Production Supervisor, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Additional qualifications include:

• Warehouse safety protocols
• Coaching and leadership experience
• Strong organization & problem-solving skills
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Ability to prioritize projects and tasks
• Strong sense of urgency as pace is driven by equipment
• Servant leadership approach to managing a team
