- Pay-$18.50- $20
Primary Responsibilities for Production Team Lead
- Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours.
- Enforce all safety and processing procedures.
- Train new employees and coach existing employees.
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with the 5S protocol.
- Investigate and report all incidents (spills, accidents, poor performance,).
- Complete daily paperwork, calculate, and post metrics on line-specific boards.
- Monitor and address quality-related issues, Conduct daily audits.
- Work with maintenance to address equipment issues.
- Communicate respectfully and build a motivated, energized team environment.
