Our company is one of the largest injection molding companies in the USA and our production team members work with plastic parts that support automotive, medical, and home appliance industries.
No prior manufacturing experience? No problem!
We offer on the job training and plastics is a great place to start because our parts are typically not heavy. Our positions are considered light industrial but individuals are on their feet the whole day and some positions are more demanding than others. In this role, you are the front-line defense in ensuring our customer's satisfaction. Your attention to detail can catch defects before they reach the customer and helps meet our goal of zero defects!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency, preferred.
- Math skills and be able to use a calculator.
- Ability to read and write legibly and comprehend both written and verbal communications.
- Be able to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.
- The physical demands for this position include being able to lift 30 to 35 pounds, must be able bend and stand for long periods of time 8 to 12 hour intervals; working frequently in close proximity to machinery, noise levels are moderate.
- Acceptable completion of a background check.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
COMPETENCIES:
- Entry Level (Level 1) Machine Operators will be trained on Green and Yellow Jobs
- Training time will be tracked by Lead/Supervisor
