Production Team Members will be in flexible positions and will be responsible for various duties including:

• Production Line Operations (mixing, making, and packaging)
• Warehouse Inventory Management
• Shipping and Fulfillment
• Cleaning and Sanitizing
• Record Keeping

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for Production Team Members who are eager to try out new tasks and to help us craft an efficient and productive team. Motivated Production Team Members will find ample opportunities to advance professionally as we develope our workforce and look to promote internally to shift leaders. Production Team Members need to be adaptable to meet the various needs of our facility. All Production Team Members must possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 Years or older
• Must submit to drug screening and background check

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling a loaded Experience operating forklifts, pallet jack weighing 2,000 lbs. pallet jacks, and other warehouse

All Production Team Members will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Following food safety guidelines and standards
• Maintain attention to detail and quality control work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Maintaining a clean workspace and production area
• Following production guidelines and specifications
• Performing other tasks as assigned
• Good mechanical ability, knowledge and use of computer skills (understanding good judgement. operation of production line

• Ability to multitask effectively computers)

• Able to work overtime as needed, including guidelines and best practices during emergencies

Production Team Members will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Following food safety guidelines and standards
• Maintain attention to detail and quality control
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Maintaining a clean workspace and production area
• Following production guidelines and specifications
• Performing other tasks as assigned
• Experience operating food production equipment or working in an industrial kitchen
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehousse equipment
• Basic computer stills(Email /Microsoft office) and advanced computer skills(understanding operating of production line computers)
• Experience with food safety guidelines and best practices'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.75 - $21.25 per hour
