Program Administrator Job at LifePath Systems
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for managing all the ECI services. This position will be expected to be thoroughly familiar with the HHSC contract, ECI compliance guide and any policy updates. This position requires coordination of daily operations of the specific office, management of budgets, supervision of staff, response to client’s complaints, community presentations/public speaking engagements, responsibility for the quality of service, and good working relationships with community resources. This position will need to maintain skills in providing intervention services, service coordination and assessment so that they can train and assist staff when needed. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with management staff and will take a lead role in the development and implementation to any changes within the program.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or Master’s degree in field closely related to the provision of early intervention services.
- Must be a Qualified Early Intervention Specialist or must have licensure/certification in a related field such as social work, speech therapy or education.
- Three years of supervisory experience and management of budgets preferred. M
ESSENTIAL TASKS & STANDARDS
- Works actively as a part of the ECI Management Team to ensure the division’s success and the achievement of the Center’s overall goals.
- Responsibility for ECI services including overall performance as well as compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Provides leadership and training to ECI staff to ensure the timely provision of high quality services using the coaching family model.
- Trains and performs assessments, IFSP, direct services, and service coordination.
- Operate programs on sound financial basis.
- Operates program according to HHSC contract and ECI compliance guide.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Comprehensive knowledge of child development from birth to three years, childhood disabilities and service coordination.
- Skilled at working with a variety of staff to develop efficient and effective systems for providing quality services and the appropriate training to implement and monitor these processes including the EIS credentialing process.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; understand and synthesize a wide range of information; use computers technology effectively for client records, develop and use reports to assist in managing staff and budget.
- Ability to deal with families and staff in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Ability to give community presentations and work collaboratively with the executive management team and community stakeholders.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS
- Must have valid Texas Driver License and a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to complete all LifePath Systems training.
- Must be able to provide at least 3 professional or educational references.
BENEFITS
Salary Range: $53,000 per year and Dependent on Licensure and Experience
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
