To join our team as an Associate Program Manager! The Associate Program Manager directs all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. Responsible for the budget management, implementation, and performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract changes. Coordinates the preparation and delivery of client-facing reports and other contractual deliverables. Ensures the Program Team is apprised of current market trends, program goals, and client needs. Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, and leads regular program review sessions with customer to discuss costs, schedule, and performance. Keeps the program within contracted budget and scope and responds to client requests for scope expansion with expected level of effort and additional cost. Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules; identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determines the profitability and viability of new solutions or program enhancements. Develops strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

· Implement a far reaching, multi county e-Mobility program decarbonizing transportation and replacing vehicle miles driven in the Bay Area

· Execute scopes of work for compliance and client satisfaction

· Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically consisting of 3-7 people

· Assist in managing a growing e-Mobility portfolio both locally and regionally

· Projects and programs have moderate to medium complexity and risk

· May create technical content & intellectual property

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

· Relevant work experience with utility, municipal and/or public programs, including 2-4 years project management

· 1+ years people management

· Bachelor’s degree

Compensation Range: $94,100 - $117,000 / annually
