ORSA Technologies has an opening for a Program Manager (PM) supporting the US Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) Test Technology Support Services (TTSS) contract at Fort Hood, TX. This is a full-time position, contingent upon contract award.

Duties: The PM has full autonomy and shall be responsible for the total management and coordination of the contract. The PM acts as the central point of the contract for the Contractor with the KO and COR on all contractual matters relating to the daily operations and the contract. The PM is available between 0730 and 1630, Monday through Friday except federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative days. PM manages overall TTSS contract, to include personnel, resources, scheduling, briefings, funds. PM manages specific tasks and ensures that project schedules are met, and products and services are provided in a timely and cost compliant manner. PM maintains customer liaison and direction of lower level staff. PM is responsible for enforcing work standards, assigning resources and staff, preparing and adhering to cost budgets, approving work schedules, reviewing work, resolving discrepancies, supervising personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the effort to subordinates. PM manages specific business, management and technical projects and ensures that schedules, cost and technical effort is managed, and products are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. PM is responsible for leading a complex task order or a group of task orders affecting business or technical system development activity. PM works with the client contracting officers and representatives, management personnel, staff and customer representatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineer Technical series
• 10 years of experience with military systems and direct management in leading a team
• 5 years of experience in DoD test and evaluation
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must possess a current Top Secret Clearance
• Must fluently speak, read, understand, and write the English language

Security Clearance: Candidate must possess a current TS Clearance
