SED services provide therapeutic, case management and psychiatric services to children and their families who have emotional and/or behavioral problems. Services focus on individual strengths while increasing the quality of life and are provided in both in-home and outpatient settings, including home based and outpatient clinical therapy, psychiatric services, parent and youth peer services, early childhood services, case management, wraparound team services.
Job Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and state licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in direct services to individuals and/or families.
- Minimum of two years of clinical supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Clinical and administrative experience in community based programs required
- Ability to demonstrate skill in multiple forms of therapeutic interventions including DBT, TF-CBT and home based strategies
- Ability to supervise staff in a manner that promotes achievement of key performance indicators for the programs.
- Demonstrated competency in use of EHR.
- Ability to comply with all applicable regulations, licensing rules, accreditation standards, code of ethics, insurance reimbursement rules, and Judson Center’s policies and procedures
