Ashfield Health are looking for an experienced medical communications professional to join its allegro. team as ‘
Programme Manager’ for the allegro.WRITE programme. allegro.WRITE is a multi-award-winning, large scale, fast-track, learning and development programme for aspiring medical writers, which has led the industry since its inception in 2018.
The ideal candidate will have a background in scientific writing, combined with a real passion for, and previous experience in, recruitment, training, line management, mentoring and coaching. In addition, the candidate should have the gravitas to deliver training sessions, and the ability to provide feedback in a clear and constructive way, providing a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive.
The role requires excellent presentation skills, in both face-to-face and a virtual setting. An interest in social media would be useful, and the tenacity to expand our university outreach programme, raising the profile of allegro.WRITE as the choice for entry-level writers, attracting the best talent to our business.
