Position Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers with schedule of values, tracking of the Project Budget, quoting T & M work, additional work orders, billings and collection, monitoring status of pending owner change orders, coding of invoices, collection of shippers, weekly payroll, and completing project closeout requirements
• Ensure timely invoicing in proper format; process supplier and subcontractor invoices in a timely manner and ensure that everyone complies with requisition due dates established by the contract documents
• Obtain Project Manager invoice approval and process for payment
• Assist with Certified, EEO, and OCIP reporting of subcontractors
• Create daily and weekly man-hour reports to be turned in to customer
• Run monthly A/P reports
• Job Cost tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain project files as required
• Administrative work as necessary

• Must be self-motivated with strong people, organization, and computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must

• Candidates must have a some college coursework completed (four year degree preferred)
• 1-2 years in an accounting or job cost related role
