Summary

I am currently searching for a motivated and highly skilled Project Architect to join the team at a highly successful, well-established national Architectural & Engineering firm that is nationally recognized as a leader in their industry, providing a combination of architectural design and engineering services to clients across almost all 50 states, in both the private and public sector.

Compensation/Benefits

• Base Salary: Currently offering a starting base salary of 80-95k or more, based on experience.
• Additional Compensation: 2-3k sign-on bonus and a discretionary annual bonus (10-20k+) and/or raise

Qualifications/Requirements

• BA Degree or Technical Degree in Architecture/related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Architectural Design and/or Project Coordinating experience (Movie Theater or Grocery Project experience is a huge plus).
• 5+ years of experience managing project documents and setting project schedules.
• 5+ years of AutoCAD experience, Revit is a plus.
• Exceptional technical knowledge of Architectural drawings, building materials, and construction.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver full sets of Architectural plans with minimal support.
• Demonstrated ability to identify applicable codes, standards, and to prepare written code reports.

Job Duties

• As a Project Architect, you will work on-site at the Scottsdale, AZ office to manage the delivery of architectural services on multiple projects from preliminary design through construction administration. In this role you will:
• Independently manage multiple minor scope projects. Provide support to senior staff on medium and large-scope projects.
• Supervise architectural staff and project team to ensure compliance with the project budget and recordkeeping.
• Work with Project Principal or Senior Manager to achieve project goals.
• Define project needs, set budgets and schedules, and manage projects for profit utilizing office standard software and reports.
• Bring about the delivery of full sets of Architectural plans with minimal support.
• Identify applicable codes, standards, and prepare written code reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
