HIRING Project Coordinator.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our winning team at IBEX Roof. We are an expanding company and we are looking for someone who can grow with us! We need someone who is experienced.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar position
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Duties are:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information to oreman and the office.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
- Drive trailers to job sites
Pay: $25-30/hr with employee benefits.
Full-time work.
