Project Coordinator Job at PFS Group
Under the supervision of a Project Manager (PM), the Project Coordinator (PC) is responsible for ensuring that a client's needs are met as required in the Master Services Agreement with the client and that the internal project goals are achieved. The PC must be able to maintain composure, remain calm, and manage adverse and/or high-stress situations. The PC may assist in the supervision of Liaisons.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and writ ten communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills · Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail · Customer service principles and practices
- Confidentiality a must · At least four years in the hospital revenue cycle industry
- Stable job history
Preferences
- At least two years of management experience
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- CRCE, CRCP, or CRCS strongly preferred (CRCS must be acquired upon hire)
