Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization needs you! The Service Product Group is seeking a highly organized, hyper communicative, and deeply collaborative, Project Manager to support key initiatives to promote strategy, end-to-end execution for the product's vision and technology modernization. You will get to partner with product and technology to overcome impediments preventing productivity and continuously promote a unified culture by encouraging team collaboration.

Your knowledge of project management, budgeting, project monitoring, stakeholder management, and especially project delivery present you the opportunity to contribute to the success of the team to deliver both business and functional requirements. Your experience across subject matter and technology domains will help solve complex and mission critical problems, internally and externally.

Job responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying management level stakeholders
  • Timely, concise, and effective coordination of all ongoing book of work across product areas
  • Enjoy and be empowered to hold specific meetings to unify the teams and bring clarity on progress of work, including clear action items and owning follow ups
  • Execute Critical path deliverables - dependencies, coordination, and transitional phases (Discovery, Initiation, Development, Testing) and environment availability
  • Partner with Product Owners/Area Product Owners/Agility Leads to confirm impacts, scope across teams and delivery of roadmap initiatives
  • Partner and manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area
  • Proactive identification & management of issues
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical and operations
  • Manage and review incoming requests from other products by collaborating with core Product team for sizing and commitment and integrating these requests into the overall Product delivery plan
  • Support the Product team in the development of key communications included in executive summaries
  • Coordinate with release management teams
  • Develop and manage release plans with technical leads across product areas including production support
  • Act as a strategic partner to product managers and develop deep relationships with the broader area product team and as an escalation point for decisions and issues that arise with the product

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Be self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances
  • Displays technical acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Strong experience working heavily with cross-functional partners on a daily basis and leveraging those relationships for excellent work product; particularly in partnership with risk and technology partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines while remaining calm under intense pressure without negative impacts to team morale
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal - able to be concise and clear with fast moving pieces of information
  • Superior Microsoft Office suite and JIRA skills including pulling reports, filters, and identifying gap areas to enhance improvements
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in financial services experience a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
