The Job Details: The USCS Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the oversight and governance of multiple high-visibility project initiatives across the organization that support the company’s strategic growth objectives. The purpose of the PMO is to provide visibility to leadership on the current project pipeline and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. The PMO Project Manager is responsible for directing and delivering project success across multiple projects and programs as well as running the day-to-day function of the Project Management Office, including the allocation of resources, coordination of communication channels, collaboration among departments, collection of project data and artifacts, and the analysis of financial data.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, budget, and develop projects
- Provide Executive Leadership Team with project resource prioritization and allocation
- Maintain and enhance the governance standards for the Program Management Office
- Select, set up, and standardize project management tools for all program and project management teams
- Provide training on project management concepts and tools for project teams
- Establish meeting and communication cadence for project pipeline updates with the Executive Leadership Team
- Facilitate the meetings and reporting on all projects to the Executive Leadership Team
- Maintain a repository of project documents and tools for the organization
- Serve as project management coach/mentor to project teams across the organization
- Plan, track, and report on outputs and outcomes
- Set quality control standards for PMO and project success
- Develop and maintain change control procedures
- Serve as project manager as needed by project sponsors
- Analyze financial data including budgets, resources, and risks

What We Are Looking For:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Information Services, Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Experience
- At least five (5) years of work experience managing multiple projects/programs or three (3) years in a project coordinator/manager role
- Solid proficiency in program and project management methodologies including Agile project management
- Strong knowledge and experience in the use of project management tools
- PMP / CAPM is advantageous but not required
- Supply chain management familiarity is desired, but not required
- Must demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- This role has frequent interaction with the Executive Leadership Team in the company so executive presence, demeanor, and the ability to manage up are required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
