Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
- Direct interface with clients and subcontractors.
- Must be able to read electrical plans and specs
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Successfully pass a federal background check to obtain a security clearance
- 3 years of experience in electrical and BESS/PCS knowledge is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience with Federal Government Construction, Department of Defense (DoD), and/or the United States Army Corps of Engineering (USACE) is a plus.
