Summary: The experienced Project Manager leads strategic, enterprise-wide projects that improve Dime's competitive advantage; enhance customer experience and ensure compliance with banking regulations by consistently applying project and change management methodologies and tools throughout the project lifecycle.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project management processes, including coordination, scheduling, financial tracking, developing project plans, and monitoring and controlling project activities to maximize the benefits of system investments, achieve strategic goals and implement new solutions.
- Plan and lead daily project meetings with cross-functional teams with members at all levels of the organization; presenting in group settings, provide directions to others and keep the team motivated, focused and working collaboratively.
- Gather business requirements from various departments and translate into functional specifications. Document, manage and implement changes according to specifications.
- Facilitate tactical planning sessions for new projects when required, develop project plans to include activities to be performed, task estimates, and resource planning.
- Track and report on project deliverables, schedules, assignments, issues, risks, action items, and decisions and create process flows for business process redesign as required for new Prepare tracking documents for meetings and escalate issues or risks as needed.
- Provide direction with the development of test plans and scripts to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various system implementations or upgrades.
- Liaison with Third-Party Vendors as needed.
- Perform system administrator duties on the PM software, including the upkeep of project metrics and status updates configuration and maintenance of the PM software.
- Analyze information and research, determine feasible solutions, and make recommendations to fulfill business requirements while ensuring the maintenance of Bank business processes, policies, and procedures as well as regulations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum four years related experience, preferably in the financial industry or project management.
- Certification in Project Management preferred.
- Professional memberships or affiliations a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skill.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools with the ability to creatively resolve issues/roadblocks to keep the project on track and take action without direct instruction.
- Must be organized and detail oriented; ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft programs (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of bank systems: Navigator, Director, or other business applications such as Visio a plus.
