Position: Project Manager (Non-Technical)

Work Location: Redmond, WA (Fully Remote but must be comfortable to work in PST time Zone)

Duration: 12+ Months

Description Of Services:

· Years of Experience Required 3-5 years of experience Degrees or certifications required PM certification a plus, pm, scrum, chain process Disqualifiers-None Best vs. Average Self driven, passionate about customer experience, skilled and knowledgeable in pm and change management Performance indicators meeting deadlines, quality of work, feedback from others The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.

Job Responsibilities:

· Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

· Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.

· Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

· Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Skills:

· Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.

· Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

· Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

· Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Education/Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

· PMI or PMP certification preferred.

· 3-5 years’ experience required.

Deliverables:

· Process Flows

· Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members

· Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility

· Participate in data conversion and data maintenance

· Provide best practice and industry specific solutions

· Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions

· Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.

· Participate as a team member of the functional team

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
