Responsibilities

•Project Manager, confident, versatile & results-orientated, with experience of transformational delivery across insurance sector.

•Responsible for complete ownership of deliverables

•A pragmatic approach to implementing industry leading best practice methods & controls including waterfall & Agile PM, with a strong reputation for exceptional project management.

•Hands on approach to successful project delivery & leadership, engaging with business stakeholders at C-level / Board & 3rd parties, rapidly building

•Rapport & instilling trust through excellent communication skills.

•Outstanding as a leader of people, skilled at empowering on and offshore teams to deliver ambitious results, committed to creating working environments which drive performance, foster cohesion & prioritize development.

•Experience of driving change management, business transformation, service transition, project strategies, PMO, offshoring, requirements gathering, budgetary control, financial regulation, Agile PM, JIRA.

•Identify the risks and maintain the risks during all stages of the project.

•Single point of contact for the customer/Account team and communicate required status report appropriately.

•Participated in Defect Triage Call and Project Key Stakeholder meetings.

•Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures across teams.

Essential Skills

•Total IT Experience – 15+ years.

•Experience running development, support and maintenance projects of varying size and complexity.

•Proven experience in executing projects, managing costs, deliverables, account mining, stakeholder management, Revenue projection and onboarding team.

•Experienced as a project manager/transition manager with 15 years of experience.

•Knowledgeable in Agile process areas, past experience for 2 years as manager.

•Well versed in all scrum activities.

•Good experience in creating storyboard, story points and effort in JIRA (or any tools).

•Experience in various SDLC methodologies, SCM, Build, Deploy, Release.

•Continuous follow up and dedicated responsibility to ensure sprint closure.

•Proven record of creating new successful processes and improving existing ones.

•Experience in project risk management and financial management.

•Excellent written and oral communication.

Essential Qualification

•Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline or other project certification.

•PMP certification is preferred.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
