Position Summary
The Project Manager for Genie will perform overall project management duties for the design and implementation of the clinic operations in accordance with strict deadlines and within budget. Works with Executive Leaders to develop detailed project plans, including facilitating all implementation meetings, assembling cross-functional teams to deliver on implementation tasks, and consulting with Operating Entity partners throughout process to ensure success. Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and insure quality of outcomes
Essential Job Functions

Directs and manages project development from beginning to end.
Develops full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
Defines metrics to effectively measure project success and leadership satisfaction.
Manages project forecasting and budget.
Assesses and controls project risks, estimates resource requirements, allocates resources, organizes the work, assigns tasks, and directs activities.
Assembles and directs cross-functional teams to develop and implement deliverables according to plan.
Establishes key stakeholder relationships.
Effectively communicate project goals and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Communicate with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones and manages project budgets using appropriate tools.
Controls project execution, tracking and reporting progress, controls project quality.
Identifies, manages and resolves project issues.
Successfully completes assigned projects within time and budget parameters.
Conducts successful project transition to the ongoing support and operations teams.
Utilizes best practices and tools for project execution, management, training and support.
Performs other duties as assigned

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to work standing up, walk, use hands to operate tools and equipment and must be able to exert regularly up to 10 pounds of force, frequently exert 30 pounds of force and occasionally exert 50 pounds of force to constantly perform the essential job functions. The employee will be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, bend, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, push, and pull. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. The worker is subject to noise; there may be sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a physician practice environment
Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role, utilizing Project Management Methodology
Experience managing multiple projects, monitoring and reporting progress, and exceeding stakeholder expectations including the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Ability to develop, motivate and lead teams of cross-functional resources
MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel
Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Master’s Degree
Certification in Project Management
PMP Certification
Experience with real estate acquisition for medical clinics and facility build out projects.
