• 
  Work with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and requirements, agree on priorities, communicate progress updates and demonstrations, and provide responsive change management in frequent planning/re-planning meetings.
• Work with cross-functional teams with diverse technical still-set to support successful project completion; re-plan and adjust project courses based on realities of team velocity and dynamic business/user needs.
• Apply knowledge of federal government planning, programming, and budgeting as well as resource planning and execution processes, to support customer program planning, decision briefings, and progress assessment across multiple projects.
• Document requirements in business cases, project charters, and project plans; update these documents to record progress and changes.
• Track progress of all projects and lead weekly update meeting with customer on status and metrics.
• Lead the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of resources across the program including orientation for all new hires across the NIA IT Contract.
• Conduct quality review of the project artifacts and reporting information to ensure adherence to standards set forth by the PM Approach. This includes reviewing, editing, and finalizing all deliverables and end-user documentation.
• Lead communication efforts through executive-level presentations and reports, bi-weekly newsletter for staff, technology campaigns, collecting feedback through IT surveys, announcements, and updates.
• Manage and maintain internal communication toolkits, including a standard template library, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Consolidate IT projects and activities status reported by staff and create monthly status report. This includes organizing and reviewing all hours utilized during this activity.

• 5+ years overall experience in the IT or IT consulting field
• 1+ year of experience managing IT projects as Agile Project Manager in government space
• Experience directly interfacing with clients, with a proven track record of managing client expectations and maintaining relationships
• Understanding of Software SDLC including Waterfall, Agile, and mixed methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Federal IT development activities preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong writing skills and/or technical editing skills
• Familiarity with 508 Compliance (preferred)

• The pay for this position ranges from $87,075 to $161,250.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
