Project Manager / Estimator
As a Project Manager / Estimator you will oversee specific projects within the Construction Department. You will oversee planning, budgeting and documentation of all projects assigned to you. As project estimator, you will be responsible for inspecting damages caused by water, fire, and/or mold; taking measurements, sketching rooms, writing a material list, writing scope of work in all affected areas, taking before/after pictures for each area that needs repairs and/or remodeling. You will also be dealing with blue prints and building permits if applicable, as well as interacting with customers, insurance adjusters, and contractors. Applicant must also be able to communicate efficiently as well as having excellent Customer Service skills. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus but not necessary.
Requirements:
* Must have a valid Drivers License
* Trained in Xactimate Software
* Good background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
