JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees multiple projects or one larger project as assigned. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Responsible for identifying appropriate team needs and resources, managing teamwork load, and develop the schedule to ensure timely completion of the project.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Lead project teams in planning, administering, and tracking multiple projects.

2. Create and maintain project plans with proper scoping and prioritizing initiatives.

3. Use project management tools to track, monitor, and report project status.

4. Schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and assist with follow-up items.

5. Must be familiar with project scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.

6. Effectively coordinates and communicates the activities of the team and answers questions from technical and non-technical team members to ensure work is completed correctly and on schedule.

7. Maintain the team’s standardized processes, procedures, tools, documentation, artifacts, training, and reporting functions related to current projects.

8. Lead vendor management including access, issue tracking/fixes, and data/file trading.

9. Utilizes agile and waterfall methodologies on the current software stack to plan, develop, monitor, control, execute and close of project plans.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years relevant experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, 6 or more years of progress experience and responsibilities in a healthcare setting is required

· 4+ years experience utilizing Project Management Tools.

· Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodologies & processes.

· Experience with SQL (TSQL, PostgresSQL, MySQL etc.) is a plus.

· EZCAP experience preferred

· 2+ years related experience within HMO or healthcare company (preferred)

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY:

· Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite

· Knowledge BI visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker etc.) tools a bonus

· Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal/people skills.

· Strong organizational skills are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
