Position Summary
OPW Commercial Excellence is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager works with key stakeholders from all business units and related cross functional teams, acting as a Commercial Excellence Ambassador. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in critical thinking, technical writing, effective communication, project planning, and CRM development. The right candidate will also be a self-starter who exhibits creativity, hustle, integrity, and teamwork.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Works directly with the Commercial Leads; Marketing, Sales, and Service to develop and maintain a Master Schedule for all Commercial Excellence Projects.
- Coordinates and assist in the Due Diligence process for all new projects, assisting the commercial team in the development of business cases enabling productivity and growth.
- Provides project management to the largest and most complex commercial opportunities. Directs and controls work performed within the project framework and has the authority for project elements, task assignment and project schedule(s).
- Supports the Senior Manager for Commercial Excellence in completing Salesforce tasks and provides salesforce support to the Commercial Teams.
- Collect, consolidate, and generate monthly/quarterly insight report and present to Sales Management and Leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management or Information Systems required.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a data analyst or business analyst within Industrial Manufacturing with multiple go-to-market approaches
- Proficient skillset in Project Management Tools such as Smartsheets, MS Project etc.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Practical experience generating process documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a diverse population, and various business functions within a large organization
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Entry to Intermediate level of proficiency with ERPs and CRMs
- Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly convey information to team members in a concise manner to drive action
- Self-directed, positive professional with the ability to effectively determine unmet needs through questions and active listening
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to solve complex problems, prioritize issues, and implement sensible solutions
