Who we are looking for…

We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our growing team and help us deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to our customers.

As a Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Implementation projects. With your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will guide the successful implementation of complex compensation plans while ensuring that projects are on time, in budget, and within scope.

What you’ll contribute in this role…

• Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work well with various company groups and employee levels

• Demonstrate ability to lead a customer and implementation team through business process change

• Demonstrate industry knowledge and credibility with successful, relevant customer advisory experience

• Ability to identify required resources and coordinate project schedules for multiple projects ensuring alignment of project team member skill sets with assigned tasks

• Ability to provide direction to the project team to ensure the development and completion of all critical project/program deliverables according to the defined process

• Ability to identify potential project risks and successfully communicate to the project team and client as appropriate

• Create project plans and ensure delivery and execution to exceed client expectations

• Work with customer Project Managers to develop a delivery plan for all the work streams and ensure programs stay on budget and schedule

• Identify and capture change through a change control process

• Hold internal and external teams accountable for project success

  
  

What experience you’ll bring to Spiff…

• 2+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager

• 3+ years of relevant consulting experience

• Experience performing cross-functional capacity planning for projects

• Experience running projects using a hybrid Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies

• Strong client interfacing skills: a positive attitude, highly motivated, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills

At Spiff Inc. we are committed to equal pay and opportunities. In order to provide full transparency, the salary range for this position is USD $80k - $100k per annum for all candidates based in the US. This position is eligible for equity.
