Property Maintenance Technician Job at EEP
We are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a Retirement Community in the Bradenton area. $18.00/hr + Weekly Pay.
Duties:
- Performing property maintenance with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Patching, painting, and completing repairs on buildings and grounds facilities. Repair/troubleshoot air conditing units
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have experience using small power and hand tools.
- Position duties require full range of motion
- must be able to bend, stand, stoop, kneel, reach, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and perform work in outdoor environments.
- EPA Certification is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
- Majority of position duties are performed outside.
