Debnam Property Management LLC (DPM) is a boutique real estate firm in Raleigh, NC. DPM has been managing commercial real estate assets since 2008. DPM is currently managing over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office space across 17 properties in the Triangle and will continue to grow its portfolio.
Position:
Property Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors and contractors
- Complete regular property inspections and prepare reports for ownership
- Manage service contracts, and coordinate bid proposals
- Performance oversight of vendors servicing properties
- Ensure vendor and tenant COIs are up to date and in compliance
- Assist in lease administration activities such as abstracting leases
- Ensure tenant and landlord compliance with lease terms
- Assist in the collection of lease payments, prepare aging reports and follow up on delinquencies
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and monthly reports
- Coordinate tenant move ins and move outs, develop and maintain comprehensive tenant service package
- Assist management with projects as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to start quickly
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous CRE property management experience preferred
- Experience with real estate management software packages preferred
- Customer service oriented
- High level of accuracy in preparing and entering data with attention to detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Effective organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
