Well established property management company looking to hire a part time Property Manager, with potential for a fulltime position. Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, along with computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Job functions –
o Handle collections, applications, capital improvements, and interact directly with residents as well as vendors.
o Preparation of monthly financial statements.
o Preparation of annual budgets.
o Operating in accordance with the condominium’s documents and state laws.
o Preparing routine preventative maintenance.
o Answering phones, responding to emails timely, addressing Board’s and residents needs and solving problems.
o Availability to meet with Board’s during and after business hours.
Qualifications –
o Prior experience preferred but not required
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Must be self-motivated
o Reliable transportation
o Organization skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
