- Review incoming Task Order Proposal Requests (TOPRs), Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) – daily
- Maintain and update TOPR activity report – daily
- Prepare and electronically submit TOPR, RFI, and small to medium-sized proposals
- Assist on the preparation of large proposal responses
- Acknowledge receipt of TOPRs, as required
- Submit questions, as required
- Submit No Bid responses, as required
- Manage files on SharePoint Drive
- May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required
- Maintains files on server and updates/reviews/manages contracting information such as but not limited to new awards and proposal bid documentation
- Provides other documentation and/or reports to support ERP management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Business or related field preferred
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in proposals, technical writing, and/or project management/coordination.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines, to balance multiple projects with superb accuracy, results-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency with inherent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills; both verbally and written.
- Experience with and be proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Attention to detail to support the required full array of services necessary in a small business office environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience preparing graphics or flowcharts strongly preferred
