Company Description. Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Community is a state-of-the-art senior living company focused on pioneering upscale Assisted Living and Memory Care.
We are seeking: We are currently seeking a caregiver to care for our residents.
- Produce accurate, high quality work.
- Complete projects and daily responsibilities in a timely manner.
- Rapidly attend to resident issues and follow up to assure the resident’s satisfaction.
- Analyze problems and provide practical solutions.
- Very compassionate, dependable, loving and outgoing personality.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years related experience, preferably in a senior living or equivalent industry preferred.
- Willing to train the right candidates.
- One year of experience working with Alzheimer’s residents or other related dementia diseases, preferred.
- Has basic knowledge and understanding of dementia, mental illness and general medical problems encountered by the elderly.
